1. Eligibility for Returns
   We accept returns under the following conditions:
   • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
   • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return

   Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
   We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
3. Refunds
   • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
   • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
   We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, color, or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
   • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
   • Final Sale items
   • Gift cards or promotional items
   • Customized or personalized products
7. Return Shipping
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
